Independence

Candle Reviews is independent of every brand and retailer we cover. We don't sell sponsored placements, rankings or reviews. A brand can claim its page to correct facts, and that never affects its score or its position in any list.

Sources

• Brand facts (founding, wax, wicks, claims) come from the brand's own website, linked on its page. A fact the brand doesn't state is shown as “Not stated”, never guessed.
• Prices and burn times come from the brand's website on the date shown.
• Amazon and Trustpilot averages and review counts are shown with the date we checked them, and blended into the Glow Score as explained in how we score. Summaries are written in our words.

How we write about safety and legitimacy

We report; we don't accuse. We never call a candle “toxic”, “safe”, “clean” or a “scam” in our own voice. We describe what the brand discloses, what buyers report, and what we couldn't verify.

Affiliate links

Today we earn nothing from the links on this site. If we add affiliate links later, they will be labelled, marked as sponsored in our code, and never influence which candles we list or how they rank.
