Queue up a Wicked rewatch, set the pink jar on the coffee table, and you have the evening this candle was made for. Perfectly Pink Yuzu is Glinda's half of Voluspa's Wicked collaboration, launched with the first film alongside Elphaba's Bewitching Banyan Forest, and it sold well enough that the pair came back for the sequel, Wicked: For Good.
The vessel does a lot of the selling. It's tinted pink glass modeled on the perfume bottles in the film, topped with a faceted, gem-like lid that flips over to become a little pedestal, a trick at least one owner only discovered after unboxing. Fans keep the jar and buy the refill, and a few talk about their Wicked candles the way other people talk about souvenir programs.
Voluspa's notes run from pink yuzu and sparkling sea salt to candied flowers and "vanilla bubbles"; a Better Homes & Gardens launch piece adds peach, grapefruit and jasmine. A candle YouTuber who bought the mini tin found it tangy, and an Instagram fan describes a sweet citrus that stays soft, which is about as Glinda as a smell can get. Not everyone is won over. One Reddit commenter finds it too sweet and much prefers Elphaba's woody candle, and a viewer who first ranked the pink one higher had switched to the green one after a few burns.
The 8.5 oz boxed candle costs $48 (it launched at $45) and should give about 60 hours, and a $17 mini tin exists for the curious. Its 13 Amazon reviews average 4.3 stars, a small sample that translates to an 8.6 Glow Score. Buying for a fan who can't pick a side? The $98 Pink Goes Good With Green set puts both witches in one box.
